Domestic pets found friends aplenty Saturday afternoon at Eastland Greens Golf Course. The Waggle Two-Man Tourney, a charity fundraiser presented by the Pi Kappa Alpha Eta Tau Alumni Association benefiting the Clarksville Humane Society proved to be a well-received outreach.
The tourney resulted in 132 registrants in teams of two, three, or four members competing on eighteen holes of golf on a sunny, breezy afternoon with courtesy car beverage service. Gift bags, souvenir T-Shirts, door prizes and a silent auction provided a wealth of gift give-a-ways for the participants.
