74 Pets Helped at Fix-A-Pitty/Kitty Event
Thank you to everyone who promoted our Fix A Pitty/Kitty event, which provided the families of 74 cats, pit bulls & pit bull mixes with vouchers to cover spay-neuter surgeries! This event was made possible by a grant received from our friends at the ASPCA. The Humane Society of Clarksville-Montgomery Co. offers low-cost spay-neuter options

February is Spay-Neuter Awareness Month!
In conjunction with the World Spay Day 2012 initiative, the Humane Society will sponsor spay-neuter surgeries for families that adopt a large dog (45+ pounds) from Montgomery County Animal Control during the month of February only. ASPCA Awards $5,000 for Spay-Neuter
Spay-neuter is one of the Humane Society’s largest budget expenses, but this year we will be able to fund lots more cat surgeries thanks in part to a $5,000 grant awarded by the ASPCA! A special thank you to all of our sponsors, photo contest participants, dance attendees, auction & door prize donors and volunteers… for without you Wags to Witches simply would not be!
